PerformRx’s Customer Care Center Receives Multiple Employee Experience Awards from SQM Group

Philadelphia, Pa. — PerformRx, a URAC and NCQA-accredited full-service pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) with industry-leading clinical programs, and part of the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies, is proud to announce it is a recipient of SQM’s 2019 awards for World Class Employee Experience and Most Improved Employee Experience.

The awards are part of SQM Group’s Contact Center Employee Experience Program and credit PerformRx’s efforts to create a positive environment for call center staff and supervisors that produced impeccable customer service and satisfaction. SQM selected PerformRx to receive these awards after randomly surveying PerformRx’s call center staff and discovering a resoundingly positive employee experience reported by those surveyed.

The Most Improved Employee Experience Award rates overall contact center employee workplace satisfaction vs. the prior year’s survey.
