CMS Guidance Updates

PerformRx's Medicare Programs team provides up-to-date responses to CMS guidance and new and pending legislation. We have a good working relationship with the key CMS program offices, which allows us to address client questions or concerns regarding Part D requirements. PerformRx obtains Part D policy clarifications from CMS and actively participates in the enhancement of national Part D policy issues that impact our services. Our staff participates in weekly CMS user calls, attends industry conferences and monitors the direction that the Part D program is moving and the impact it will have on our clients.
