Philadelphia, PA - PerformRx, in conjunction with the California Association of Health Plans (CAHP), will host Medicare Part D - Experiences and Lessons from the Trenches, a one-day seminar on Medicare Part D's first three months and strategies for moving forward. The conference will be held on Wednesday, April 19th, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency at the San Francisco Airport.

Denise Cubbin, Associate Vice President, Clinical Programs, PerformRx, will present on PerformRx's experiences with Medicare Part D. She will also speak on PerformRx's best practices in specialty pharmacy management.

PerformRx provides pharmacy benefit management services for managed Medicaid and Medicare clients through a distinctive approach that enhances quality and improves financial performance. Serving more than 1.6 million pharmacy lives, PerformRx is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a strategic business unit within the AmeriHealth Mercy family of companies. The seminar will offer discussions on "best practices" in specialty pharmacy management and coordination of benefits, and creative opportunities from pharmacy benefit managers to bring "large plan" services to smaller plans. A panel of key CMS operations leaders will close out the seminar. For more information on the seminar, please visit California Association of Health Plans.
