Passport Health Plan Selects AmeriHealth Mercy / PerformRx
to Provide Pharmacy Care Management Services
Philadelphia, PA - AmeriHealth Mercy announced today that its PerformRx pharmacy care management program has been selected by University Health Care's Passport Health Plan to provide pharmacy management to Passport's 130,000 members in Kentucky.
AmeriHealth Mercy's PerformRx will provide drug utilization review/management, formulary/rebate management, and assistance with pharmacy case management programs starting October 1, 2004. PerformRx is one of the only pharmacy benefit management programs that specializes in Medicaid pharmacy management solutions.
