PerformRx has established a procedure to collect and quality check the reporting sections specific to the PBM responsibilities. Data will be provided to the Part D Sponsor based on reporting requirements established by CMS. PerformRx will also identify DIR data reporting elements and provide applicable data PerformRx is responsible for to the Part D Sponsors for them to complete their DIR reporting.
