President, PerformRx

Mr. Tegenu is president of PerformRx, LLC, a PBM which is a fully owned subsidiary of the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. He led the start-up of the PBM after successfully developing a comprehensive in-house pharmacy benefit management program for AmeriHealth Mercy, which generated over $100 million dollars in savings over ten years. He later expanded the company’s reach to over 2.6 million lives through services provided to 23 health plans in 12 states. With almost 20 years of experience in managed care pharmacy practice, Mr. Tegenu provides vision and guidance for PerformRx LLC.
Mr. Tegenu also directed the creation and development of PerformRx’s Medicare Part D program. In 2006, PerformRx entered into the Medicare market, offering Part D services across the country. Through his continuous quest for excellence, Mr. Tegenu has managed to make PerformRx among the first URAC accredited PBMs in the country. His unique expertise in the pharmacy benefit management landscape, both in commercial and government funded industries, has been a guiding force in the growth and expansion of PerformRx’s services.
In addition to his New York State Pharmacy license, Mr. Tegenu holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and a Master’s of Science degree from St. John’s University, Jamaica, New York.
Terry Ramey, MBA

With more than 25 years of experience improving business results by applying process reengineering, human capital management, and innovative technology solutions to business opportunities, Mr. Ramey is responsible for PerformRx's operations and advanced technology, plus the call center, account management, business solutions and implementations.
Mr. Ramey's focus areas have included new business, customer service, compliance, commissions and IT, and his industry experience spans life insurance, health insurance, professional services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Ramey received his Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, and his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. He joined PerformRx in 2010, and he reports directly to the President of PerformRx.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Michael Reilley is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PerformRx. He is responsible for oversight of all of PerformRx’s financial operations, including financial strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting and supervision of accounting functions. He also helps to establish the strategic direction of the organization while monitoring the company’s operational and fiscal performance.
Mr. Reilley has served at different capacities within the Finance department for Keystone Mercy Health Plan from 1995 until 2011, overseeing financial reporting, including quarterly, annual and year-end audits. During his career at Keystone Mercy, he has developed business plans, conducted feasibility studies and been involved with the Strategic planning process.
Mr. Reilley has over 30 years of accounting and finance experience with over 18 years in Managed Care. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University.
Marie Savard, M.D.

Marie Savard, M.D., is Chief Medical Officer at PerformRx, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. Dr. Savard is a trusted voice on women’s health, an internationally recognized internal medicine physician, health educator and speaker on women’s health, patient empowerment and collaborative doctor-patient partnerships. She is the author of four bestselling books on the subject of personal health management and wellness and recent ABC News Medical Contributor.
Dr. Savard’s experience as a former medical director of a long-term care provider has provided her with a deep expertise in the design and development of post-acute care, medication management and population-based care. A physician and registered nurse, Dr. Savard has a personal interest in the emerging integrated models of care delivery and the need for more interdisciplinary team-based clinical leaders to support them. And as an advocate for patient empowerment, Dr. Savard brings a crucial perspective to the need for evidenced-based decision-making and outcomes management, patient controlled health records, personal care management and focus on patient safety.
Dr. Savard was previously the director of the Center for Women's Health and an associate professor at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Jefferson Medical College and the University of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine. She was technical advisor to the United Nation's Fourth World Conference on Women, served on the American Board of Internal Medicine's Subcommittee on Clinical Competency in Women's Health, was director of quality management at Pennsylvania Hospital and has been a health columnist for Woman's Day magazine.
Dr. Savard is currently a member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Board of Trustees and the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing’s Board of Overseers. She also serves on WXPN’s Advisory Board, the Editorial Board of Family Circle and the Women’s Health Leadership Council of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Savard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
