PerformRx Residency Program

The PerformRx Residency Program is a one-year, post-graduate program designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary in order to assume leadership roles in the managed care industry. The resident will gain practical experience and develop skills related to disease management, health outcomes, medication management strategies, formulary management, drug utilization review, drug information, and other clinical services. The residency program also has a research component. The results of the research project will be presented at a professional pharmacy conference and/or published in a peer-reviewed journal. The completion of research projects will allow the resident to further enhance project planning, development, and time management skills, as well as interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

The program begins on June 30, 2008 and continues until June 26, 2009.
